The Seattle PI's Lynsi Burton is reporting that the Edith Macefield "Up" house may have a buyer:
"...A Seattle realtor announced the pending sale of Ballard's notorious Edith Macefield house Tuesday. The circa-1900 home, located at 1438 NW 46th St., is famous for its former owner, Edith Macefield, who stood her ground in 2007 while developers built the commercial complex, Ballard Blocks, around the property...."
